Saving and collaborating on documents in the cloud

- One of the most popular options for sharing documents these days is through the use of The Cloud, and with your Microsoft account, weather you're logged in using a Hotmail account, a Windows Live account, Outlook.com, maybe even SharePoint. You'll see your name up here in the top right corner to remind you you are logged in and have access to free storage space called OneDrive. Now you can buy more space if you need more, but because we have access to The Cloud we can then send out links that allow people to access the file directly in that shared location.
