It's a PDF file, which means it's read-only,…stands for Portable Document Format,…and when we select it we can click Open…and we're going to see a message.…Word is about to convert your PDF file…to a document format that can be edited in Word.…So, it could take awhile depending on…the length of the document and…if it's full of graphics, for example.…In our case, this is a very short text-based document…so when we click OK, it takes just a second…to open up the file here in Word.…
Now it's a Word document, like any other Word document,…but we can go in here, make changes.…Let's change the date from January 2014…
