- [Voiceover] To access your calendar,…click the Calendar icon in the bottom left-hand side…of the screen.…Let's talk a little bit about how to navigate…through the calendar.…The calendar contains its own ribbon tabbed interface.…There's a few things that you can do in the Ribbon Tab.…You can create new appointments and new meetings.…We'll be talking about those in later videos.…Anytime, you can always go to today's date,…no matter where you are…by clicking the Today button, from the top of the screen.…You can choose how you want to arrange the screen.…It defaults to the Work Week, that is,…Monday through Friday.…
But you can change to the entire week,…including Saturday and Sunday,…only one particular day's view,…an entire month, and finally, a Schedule View,…which contains a quick overview of your schedule.…You can also open somebody else's calendar,…and I'll talk about that in a little bit.…Over here in the very bottom left-hand side of the screen…contains a list of all the calendars that you can look at.…You can place check boxes next to any calendar…
