Managing work with categories: Outlook 2016: Time Management with Calendar and Tasks

Combine categories with views to filter. Assign categories to mail items, then arrange the Inbox by Categories using the drop down at the top of the Inbox. In the Calendar, either change to a list view and choose to arrange by Categories, or apply a filter to the Calendar view. If you wish, save the modified view with a new name to be able to easily apply this filter to the Calendar in the future.
