As students, it's very easy to get overwhelmed…with the number of e-mails that come in.…You have friends e-mailing you.…Your teachers contact you.…Even your school probably sends out school wide emails with updates.…You might also have your parents emailing you.…And so often it's very easy to let…your email box become cluttered with all this email.…And then you have to take the time on a weekend to go get caught up.…Well, I'm going to go ahead and describe in…this video how you can quickly create some…organization that will allow you to make sure…you keep your emails separated, and then respond…to them when you need to.…To do this, we're going to create a new folder.…I'm going to do this by selecting my personal email box.…
I'm going to right click, and I'm going to choose New Folder.…This first folder's going to be called Friends.…I'm then going to go ahead and click away from it, and that folder is now created.…I'm going to also select my school email box.…I'm going to right click and choose New Folder.…And this folder's going to be called Teachers.…
