Inserting and reviewing comments

- When sharing your documents with others you may not want people going in and making changes to the document itself. Instead you'd rather get their feedback, and one option is to use comments. That's what we're going to do in this movie with this file, our Landon Hotel guide LH_Guide1301. You'll find that in the chapter 13 folder of your exercise files. Now it may open up the way you see it here on my screen, and as I scroll down page one, I see a balloon representing a comment. And as I hover over that, I see that I can click it to see comments, and it's with regard to what's highlighted over here on the left-hand side, the word London. Well you might also be seeing the comments already. It all depends on a setting under the Review tab. Notice Show Comments is an option, and when we click this, there's actually a pane that opens up here on the right-hand side, so you actually see the comments without having to click the balloon icon.
