- If you receive the same spam email over and over again,…you can tell Outlook that it's junk.…With the email selected,…you can use your right mouse to click or…from the home ribbon tab select Junk…and then choose Block Sender.…The sender of the message will be…added to your Blocked Senders list…and the message will be moved to a…special folder called the Junk Email folder.…I'll click Okay on this dialogue explaining that.…To find the message, you can select…Junk Email in the Navigation Pane.…It's going to take you to your Junk Email folder.…
It's worth going through this folder…every once in a while to make sure…that Outlook didn't put anything…that you really need to get into it.…However, if that happens, you have a few options.…You can select Junk, Never Block Sender…to undo something or you can select Not Junk.…This is going to move it out of the Junk Email folder…and back to where it came from.…When you do that, it's going to ask you…if you also want to trust email from that sender.…I'll click Okay and my message will be moved…
