Apply a flag to an Outlook 2016 message or contact to provide a visual reminder to follow up on the item. Normally you will flag for follow up on a specific date (such as May 25, 2016) or a relative date (Today, Tomorrow, or Next Friday). You can use flags with dates, such as Today, Tomorrow, and Next Week. Quick Click is used to flag an item with a sle click. Message flags appear in email views. Flagged items appear in the To-Do Bar, the Task List in the Calendar, and in the Tasks view.
