Finding a contact in seconds

Ready for your first tip? Let's find a contact fast. If you've got a contact located in any of your Outlook address books or the global address list, you can pull up their contact card right away. Located in the Ribbon of the main Outlook screen is the Find a Contact feature. Just click here and type a partial or full name, press Enter, and presto! You can press Escape to quickly close an Outlook contact and return to the previous window. As a shortcut, you can also press F11 to bring your cursor to that feature.

Notice what happens when I type "Rob". Outlook prompts me to be more specific. I hope you found that tip to be useful. Let's continue on through the top 10. Up next, working with multiple windows.
