Creating a work resource: Microsoft Project 2013 Essential Training

In Microsoft Project, part of the Microsoft Office suite, a work resource is a resource that has an assigned time. Work resources can be a person -- and the time aspect would be the amount of time they are available to work -- or a piece of rental equipment and its rental time. When specifying the time for a work resource, Microsoft Project can calculate its schedule and cost if the appropriate fields are entered. This video explains the work resource fields and how they work with one another.
