Creating recurring appointments

Some meetings just never end, and the worst ones keep coming back week after week. You can create a recurring appointment like that weekly sales meeting or monthly lunch with your best friend the same way you would create a normal appointment in Outlook, with one twist at the end. Start by creating the appointment the normal way. Enter any details that you might want, specifying the date, time, and other information about the first occurrence of your appointment.

When you're ready, click on the Recurrence button in the Ribbon. This brings up the Appointment Recurrence window. Here you may set the pattern of the appointment, such as every third Monday, or every first Tuesday, or every other week, or every other day. You can also specify when the recurrence should end, based off of a number of occurrences or by a specific date. Now, I have weekly appointments on Tuesday nights for the class I'm taking next semester.
