Manual tasks are easily created in Microsoft Project with either complete or partial information. Manual tasks can be entered with or without dates or duration times, and you can also include notes about the task. This tutorial shows how to create a manual task and use on-screen information to determine the status of your task. In addition, it shows you how to use the task mode indicator and the taskbar to manage manual tasks.
