…In Owa ,a group is exactly what it sounds like.…2 or more contacts that you want to keep together for a particular purpose.…Now your exchanging administrator may have created some groups in the directory.…So if I click on All Groups, I might see…for example, the finance group, the HR group, and so on.…We don't have enough people here yet to bother doing that.…We just have everybody dumped into All Users.…But we could have a group for…example, for leadership.…So the groups that are here, I can send email messages to.…
I can invite them to meetings in the same way I would individuals,…and I can create my own sets of groups that aren't the exchange groups.…Everybody doesn't need to create a finance group.…Those should be created at a organizational level.…But I do need to create groups for items that are just mine.…So Marc wants to create a group for executive leadership.…And what he's going to do is the same way you'd create a new contact.…He's going to start by saying new but then he's…going to choose, rather than create contact, to create a group.…
