Microsoft's charts feature allows you to quickly turn data into a visual representation. You can choose from a variety of different style charts and graphs and then provide a spreadsheet for you to enter, or paste, the data into that you want it to represent. The color, axis, text, and other aspects of the charts and graphs are highly customizable.
