- [Instructor] Outlook uses email profiles to provide Outlook with information on what account information to use, such as the user name, password details, email server name and display name, and where email data should be delivered to and stored. This could be either an exchange server or as PST files stored on the device. The data includes messages, contacts, calendars and other settings related to Outlook.
