Threat management review
- [Narrator] Two other important administrative areas are the Incidents and the Quarantine Items area. Both are accessed from the Threat Management area under the Review section, and they allow administrators to review saved incidents and quaranntined items. You may want to track a specific malware attack to see if it spreads or subsides. Administrators can create incidents for later review by using the Explorer tool. This allows the most dangerous incidents to be highlighted, preserved, and reviewed later. Administrators will use the Incidents area to manage and monitor attacks. Also found in the Review section of the Threat Dashboard is the Quarantined Items area. Administrators can use this area to manage messages that have been quarantined by Office 365. All email messages classed as spam, malware, and phishing will be stored here. And you can search and filter the display, and view individual items to find out more details. Administrators can also take action on quarantined…
