Testing Microsoft Teams status

- [Instructor] Once you're implemented Microsoft teams within your organization, you need to monitor and test the service to ensure that it's running effectively. If Microsoft are experiencing any service problems then you can view this information within the service health reports. Occasionally Microsoft needs to make changes to the team service with may cause downtime. You can view information on planned updates and upgrades by using the message center. Let's take a look at the service health message center within the Microsoft 365 admin center. On the left hand side I'll click show all. And then click health. And select message center. Here we can see all of the notifications that Microsoft have sent relating to service maintenance, new features and updates. They're categorized along the top as all active message, high importance, unread messages, and dismissed messages. For all sections I can configure preferences…
