- [Nick Brazzi] Microsoft 365, or Office 365 as it was previously known, is a collection of applications, tools, and services that are all connected together. Many of those tools are used for general productivity, but there are lots of applications and services for communication, file sharing, and project management. I'm Nick Brazzi, and I've put together a quick training course to get you familiar with the team collaboration tools that are core to Microsoft 365 for business and enterprise. Some of these features are as simple as leveraging your company's directory to quickly find and communicate with coworkers. But there are plenty of more robust tools for group communication, like Microsoft Teams and Yammer, and file storage tools like OneDrive and SharePoint document libraries. This course also demystifies Microsoft 365 Groups, which can be used in several different applications. Groups help you organize lists of team members so you can easily communicate, share, or manage projects between them. In Aril of 2020, Office 365 was renamed to Microsoft 365. No matter what you call it, it's a service that is full of tools for collaborating among teammates, and I'm excited to help you learn to use these collaboration tools effectively.
