Once you have recorded presentations in PowerPoint, you can quickly share them out to students as either a PowerPoint file or by uploading them to Microsoft Stream.
- [Instructor] In the previous video,…we took a look at how to record…our PowerPoint presentation while we…narrated over the top of it.…Next, we'll look at how we can save…our presentation and share it with students.…Now, there are two main ways that you can do this.…The first is to simply save it to OneDrive.…If I go up to File and click Save As,…I have the option to select OneDrive,…make sure that I name it correctly, and then save it.…You can then share this with students,…and they'll be able to access it.…As they proceed through the presentation,…they will be able to hear your narration…and get all of the information…that you've shared with them.…
Another way, and a way that I like even better,…is to export it to Stream.…So here, from the PowerPoint, I can go up to File,…and then I want to go to Export.…And from here, the bottom option…is Publish To Microsoft Stream.…I'm going to select this option.…Now once I do, we can give it a title.…We can add in a description if we like.…And then when we're ready, we can click on Publish.…
