- There is another way here in Window 2016 to find out if…content on your pages have changed,…whether you're sharing them with others who…are making those changes or not.…It's called Page Versioning.…OneNote automatically keeps a history of what's…going on in your Notebook,…and that history can be turned on and off,…and when it is on, it'll keep track of page versions.…Let's check it out here with our Landon Hotel Notebook,…Landon Hotel1102, if you need to get caught up,…and we'll go over to Customer Reviews.…
Click that section,…and make sure the page Customer Reviews 2015…is selected.…Now, when we were finding by author,…and this is a little bit of a review,…we could see, for example, that Karen Leslie…did make a change to Customer Reviews here,…and it's highlighted when we select it,…so that's one way to find out.…But, what did older versions of the page look like?…We can close this up…and instead, right here from the History tab of the ribbon,…click Page Versions.…This is a button at the top and a drop-down at the bottom.…
