OneDrive for Business sync issues

- [Narrator] Being able to work on your cloud-based files whilst you're offline, is great. With OneDrive for Business, your device can automatically sync all of the changes that you've made to your files, back to the cloud-based storage. However, sometimes the sync can fail. And this can frustrate both users, and members of the help desk. Let's take a look at some of the common sync issues that you may encounter with OneDrive for Business. Issues include, OneDrive for Business can't sync huge files. Until early 2020, the maximum file size that you could upload, and sync, was 15 GB. This is now 100 GB. Therefore, if it's not working, then you should check that the device has the latest Windows updates installed.
