- [Instructor] As users become more familiar with Cloud-based services, it's likely that all files will be stored in the Cloud rather than being stored locally. Many businesses may require that their users use OneDrive for Business or SharePoint online for all data storage. Therefore, you need to understand some of the important features of OneDrive for Business such as the recycle bin settings and implications of file deletion. Users can become distressed when data is deleted. You may be asked to asked to find and restore deleted data, and therefore you need to understand the deletion, retention and recovery procedures for files stored in OneDrive for Business. OneDrive for Business has two recycle bins. One that the end user will use.
