- [Narrator] Monitoring collaboration solutions is required to understand whether the collaboration solution is meeting the requirements of that solution. Within Office 365 there are labels and policies that you can use to implement governance and compliance processes. You have a Security and Compliance admin Center, which is where you can implement the labels and policies. Identity and access management, or IAM policies define the processes and controls for user authentication. And you can also monitor user activity with usage reporting. Now, there are multiple policies that you can define within Office 365 for governance. When you initially deploy your collaboration solution, you will need to identify the appropriate settings for these policies.
