- [Instructor] Once you've assessed and checked your log files for Windows information protection events and assure information protection events, what do you do next? You need to know how to manage these protection events and resolve protection event issues. To be able to audit the many event logs that have been generated, administrators will need to consolidate logs in one place. This can be done by using an event log manager. For example, Azure Log Analytics. All event logs can then be imported into one system and then filtered so that the most critical event logs can be easily identified. Administrators need to monitor the event log manager and deal with any issues that occur. Remember, an organization has duty under GDPL to protect personal data and to report any data breeches within 72 hours of them being identified.
