- [Instructor] Within Exchange Online, you need to understand how to manage licenses for your users, because product features will be allocated through licensing. You also need to set mailbox permissions, such as configuring the ability for one user to send email on behalf of another user, through delegated permissions. There are four areas that we'll explore when considering managing mailboxes. We'll look at configuring licenses, and see how they're assigned, mailbox settings and email addresses, how to manage mailbox permissions, and finally, how to manage group permissions. You're able to set the user location, and assign licenses for each mailbox. You can also grant specific product licenses to the user. Such as Azure Rights Management, Office 365 ProPlus licenses, Office for the web, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
