Log into the Cloud AD environment

- [Narrator] Normally, logging into an EC2 instance involves selecting the instance, clicking connect, and then requesting the password and downloading an RDP file. The problem with this method is that the password that you download corresponds to a local user account, not a domain account. So you have to do things just a little bit differently if you're logging into an Active Directory Domain. So the machine that I'm looking at now is domain joined, so let's take a look at how we might log into the domain as a domain admin. Rather than retrieving the password, what I'm going to do is click on 'Download Remote Desktop File,' and I'm going to open that file and click connect, and so now I'm prompted for a password for the local administrator account. I don't want to log in with a local account, in this case, I want to log in with domain account.
