- [Instructor] One of the first things that you'll probably want to do after logging into a domain-joined EC2 instance is to deploy the management tools that you'll need to manage your Directory Service environment. So let's go ahead and do that. I'm going to begin by clicking on the Start button, and now I'm going to click on Server Manager. So it takes Server Manager just a moment to populate. Then, the next thing that we need to do, is go to Manage, and then click on Add Roles and Features. So, this launches the Add Roles and Features Wizard, and I'm taken to the Before you begin screen. There's nothing that we have to do on this screen, so I'll click Next. Now it prompts me for the Installation Type. I want to make sure that Role-based or feature-based installation is selected, right here, and click Next. Now I'm prompted to select my server. And there's only one server on the list, so we make sure that that's selected and click Next. Now I'm prompted to choose a Server Role…
