Contained within the Microsoft 365 admin center you can access the support menu item and search for help related to common issues. This includes using manual service support requests or the automated support assistant. The automated Microsoft 365 support assistant is actually quite good, especially if you're new to administration and need guidance on basic configuration and management tasks. You also have search functionality built right into the tool, which will search Microsoft Help for you. If help is not forthcoming using the tool you can also raise a service request and receive a telephone call from a Microsoft support agent.
