- [Teacher] With on premises infrastructure and services, often the first sign of service issues is when the service help desk dashboard lights up with calls from your disgruntled users. With Office 365 the service dashboard is maintained by Microsoft. As you move to Office 365 you and your users with rely on Microsoft to provide services. You'll have a service level agreement, or SLA in place, but that won't prevent outages. The SLA may provide for service interruptions for downtime, such as due to planned maintenance or unexpected faults. The service health dashboard provides all tenants with an overview of the current Office 365 service status. Service health within the Microsoft 365 admin center displays a current operational status for all of the products within the subscription.
