- [Instructor] By default Exchange ActiveSync is enabled and all users with an Exchange mailbox can synchronize their mobile device with a Microsoft Exchange server. In an earlier video, we saw the default mobile device mailbox policy, and we created a new one for iPhone users. Let's now see how to enable Exchange ActiveSync to be used by users on their mobile devices. Let's take a look how to set up Exchange ActiveSync on a mobile device. On my corporate-managed iPhone, I've used the company portal app to enroll the device to Condesa Electronics. We can see from the company portal app that the device is in compliance. Next, I've downloaded and installed the Outlook client, and I'll run it for the first time. And here we can see it's offering to add the email accounts it's found. I'll click add account. I'll turn on notifications. And here we can see all of the emails to my inbox. Let's take a look at the settings.…
