- When I want to be able to send a form to someone,…I don't want to send the template,…I want to send a document created based on the template…just like the one I have open.…So, I'll choose to have New from Template…and open up the document.…Now here's Document6,…and I can share this right now by email.…It might be smarter though for me to enter…some piece of information,…or it would be better, though,…for me to at least save this document…so that it has a name other than Document6…because I'm sending it to someone else.…
So, if I've had a phone call and someone's told me…that the name of their event is an annual auction,…and I know that the company name is…Two Trees Olive Oil, cool.…So, now what I'm going to do,…is I'm going to save this somewhere,…for example in my Documents folder,…and I'm going to call this…Two Trees - Annual Auction Inquiry.…That looks good.…Nice name.…Now when I package this it's better…than it saying Document6, or Document1,…or even saying that it was the Landon Hotel Inquiry.…
I like this.…So, let's go to File, Share, Send Document, and here we are.…
