I've opened a browser and I've navigated to the Microsoft Windows Defender Security Intelligence page. At Microsoft WDSI file submission. Next, I'll select the enterprise customer option, and then click on continue. Then I need to sign in using an Office 365 account. Because I have multifactor authentication enabled, I need to verify my identify. On the next page, I can provide more information, such as my company name, Microsoft support case number, and my software assurance ID, which allow my case to jump ahead of the queue.
