- [Instructor] Let's drop onto our demo environment and take a look at some of the actions that you can take to resolve password options and licensing issues with Microsoft Cloud Services. I've signed into my Microsoft 365 Admin Center, which allows me to manage my Office 365 tenant, and here we can see on the left hand side the section for Users. I'll select Active Users and I can see all of my active users. If I select one of the users, I have an option to reset the password or I can select multiple users and reset the password in bulk on these three users. The interface is the same for one or many password resets. We can choose to auto-generate the password or create a password which we'll then communicate to the user. I'll type in a strong password and then I'll leave the option for the user to change their password when they first sign-in and then click Reset. The passwords are then reset and I can send an email…
