Demo: Adding additional delegated users to a mailbox

- [Instructor] Let's drop onto our demo PC and see how to add an additional mailbox for delegated access. We can offer folder sharing, which allows other users access to one or more folders, or give them delegate access so that they can perform tasks on your behalf. First, on the delegate PC belonging to Megan, I'll open Outlook. I want to grant folder sharing permission for Andrew. The delegator needs first to grant folder permissions within Outlook, and we do this by right-clicking the root exchange mailbox. On the left-hand side, I'll right-click MeganB@contoso-electronics.com, and then select folder permissions. I'll then click Add and select Andrew. I'll click Add and then click OK. I can now configure the share permissions that I want to grant Andrew. I can choose from the dropdown list, and notice the permissions are then configured for me. You must ensure that under Other, the folder visible is selected.…
