Delegated mailbox issues

- [Narrator] You can delegate someone else to manage your mailbox. This can be done by either folder sharing, so that another member of your team can access the information, or if you want another team member to fully act on your behalf then you can grant them delegate access. In this way, they can manage your email, calendar and meeting requests. You can assign different permission levels to the delegate. These include reviewer, which gives read access. Author, giving read, create and amend permissions. And editor, which has full access. Sometimes when mailboxes are delegated you may get a permission conflict or a synchronization issue. There can be a number of problems when a mailbox is delegated. These include conflicting permissions, Exchange Server automapping, multiple accounts using the same Outlook profile, and synchronization issues.
