Define admin roles

- [Narrator] In this lesson, we'll look at the admin roles available with Office 365 and, more importantly, how to assign an admin role to a user in your organization. As you would expect, it starts with the Office 365 Admin Center. I want to find the Users node here, and then click on Active Users. All I really need to do to start assigning roles is to find an active user. Let's pretend here that I want to assign an administrative role to this user, Brian. Give a click on his name and it brings up the dialogue box here. Under Roles, there's a button that says Edit. It also tells me the current role that's been assigned, and that role is a User role. So I click on Edit. It gives me this little dialogue here, where I can choose between a Global admin and a Customized admin. Now, the Customized admin brings me a choice of up to seven other Customized administrator roles, and I'll define these in a little bit of detail later on.
