- Let's create an appointment in the calendar.…I got into the calendar,…by clicking calendar on the bottom…left-hand side of the screen.…And from here, on the top left-hand side…of the screen I'll click appointment.…I can create a subject for this…In this case, I'm creating an appointment for…a coffee networking event.…I can hit tab to move to the next field.…In this case I'm going to add a location.…Though I certainly don't have to.…I can click on the calendar to choose…the start time for the event.…This is going to occur on October 26th.…
I can also click into the time slot and choose a…time for it…eight o'clock in the morning.…I can change the duration.…The default duration for an appointment is 30 minutes.…I can change that in this case to an hour.…I can also put a check box beside all day event,…which will remove the start and end times for my event.…Up at the top of the screen…I can choose whether or not…I want this to show up as free time on my calendar…or busy.…This means if somebody tries to book an…appointment with me.…
