The Call Quality Dashboard
- [Instructor] Microsoft offer tools that can be used to collect and view analytics about the Microsoft Teams service. Two tools that work together to provide report data are the Call Analytics and the Call Quality Dashboard. The Call Analytics details information about devices, networks, and connectivity and can be used to troubleshoot issues. The Call Quality Dashboard can be used to optimize a network by using the information collected by the Call Analytics. From the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you can open the dedicated Teams Admin Center. On the left hand side I'll click Show All and then under Admin Centers, I'll select Teams. Within the Teams Admin Center, on the left hand side, you should see a Call Quality Dashboard, or CQD, and this allows you to monitor Microsoft Teams services and call quality for your enterprise.
