- [Instructor] Adding graphical elements to your documents can make them more interesting and help them to stand out. Office 365 users who are logged in, now have access to thousands of royalty-free stock images that can be accessed, not only from Word, but also from Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. We're going to explore them now, though, here in word, with this version of the Tech Connect document. You can see my cursor flashing after the title, I might want to add something graphical here. To do that, we go to the Insert tab on the ribbon and go to Pictures, it has a dropdown arrow. When we click this, we now see Stock Images and clicking here will take us online and give us access to different categories. You can see Stock Images is underlined here and within Stock Images are subcategories, like agriculture, for example, if we wanted to zero in on that. How about science?
