- [Narrator] It's super easy to share your calendar…with your colleagues,…simply click "Share" at the top of the calendar.…Enter the name of the person…that you want to share your calendar with.…Here we go.…And choose them.…Choose the level of sharing you would like to provide.…Let's start with Full details,…which is the default as you'll notice.…Full details lets whoever you're sharing with,…in this case Tammy, see all of the information…about all the events on my calendar…unless I have marked those items as private.…
So if I have a doctor's appointment that I want to block off…time but I don't want someone to see the details about it,…then I can mark that item as private…and then Tammy would not be able to see private details.…Limited details will allow Tammy to see basically…the first two text boxes in the calendar appointment form.…It will show her the name of the appointment…and it will show her the location of the appointment,…so she'll know what I'm doing and where…and of course because it's on my calendar she'll know when,…
