Using the Dope Sheet - Nuke Tutorial
From the course: Nuke Essential Training (2014)
Using the Dope Sheet
We've just seen how key frame data can be edited in the Property panel, but you cannot shift the key frame's timing there. For that, you need the dope sheet, which offers a very convenient way to shift the timing of key frames in the timeline. If your dope sheet is not open, go to the Pane pop-up and select Dope sheet, there we go. Now the rule is, whatever property panels are open, they'll show up in the dope sheet assuming there's animation, in that property panel. If there's no animation, it won't show up here. So if I open up the transform property panel, it'll be added to the dope sheet. We're done with the color correct so, let's clear that. And we'll take a look at the dope sheet layout. Now you can fold up these parameters, to declutter your screen. And now I am talking to the entire transform node here. Clicking on transform one has selected all the keyframes, if I want to deselect I just come over here and click. I can move the play head either in the dope sheet, or up here…
