Snapping geometry into position

The Viewer menu bar has selection tools for vertices and faces, that you can use to snap one piece of geometry to another. This makes it easy to precisely line up objects for a perfect fit. Our pop up menu is right here. By default, it's set for node selection at the familiar mode you're in all the time. Or you can switch it to Vertex selection. There we go. Or, Face selection, or Object Selection. I'll open up the Card Property panel, so that we can see the card as well. And now the Object Selection option, will select entire objects. Let's go back to the Face Selection to look at various methods for selecting elements. I will deselect here, just by clicking on a face you can select it. If you want to select more than one do a Shift+Click, or you can drag a marquee to select several. If you want to deselect any, hold down Shift+Alt and click, or draw a marquee.
