- [Instructor] Today, Node.js is one of the major platforms for the web. Enterprises like Uber and Netflix, Autodesk, Intuit and even the NASA are using I for important parts of their business. With over five million weekly downloads, Express is the most commonly used web framework to use with Node.js. In my previous course I covered how to build a simple website with Express. In this course, we will now cover everything you need to know to tackling more complex challenges that are very common in today's website projects. We will cover how to wire a database into Express, how to build out the proper user authentication, authorization, how to process, upload and serve images, optimizing your projects for performance, security and the actual deployment to a server.
