This series prepares you for the CompTIA Network+ (N10-008) exam, one of the most important entry-level certifications in the IT industry. In part eight of this series, instructors Mike Meyers and Joe Ramm go over what you need to know about network integration and operation.
First, they give an overview of the many different types of networks (along with the many different network acronyms). Then, they cover integrating network devices like cameras and other Internet of Things devices, VoIP phone systems, and industrial control systems. Next, Mike and Joe get into network operation, covering topics like security policies, incidence response, risk management, patching and updating, and recovery and backups.
