This one's cool. When you start getting a ton of items taken off, you can manipulate the Navisworks scene to onlyh show the items you have taken off. Conversely, you can make it so the items that have been taken off aren't visible. If you are left with a blank model, you are done!
- [Voiceover] What I'd like to do in…this video is demonstrate how…to "show" and "hide" items that have…been taken off.…I'm gonna jump into Autodesk…Navisworks Manage or Simulate…and I'm gonna go "open".…Now, I'm gonna browse Chapter 3.…I want to make sure I open this…Navisworks Quantity File from…this folder.…In previous videos, we've been…opening the one from Chapter 1.…I wanna show you the difference, though.…Let's click "open".…Now, what I like to do is go into…the Selection Tree.…I want to drill into…Navisworks Quantity Done WD…like we've been doing.…Now, drill into a discipline.…
Notice now, it's broken up per item,…as opposed to per level.…Now, this is up to you, how you…like to do it.…I personally prefer to just have…it by item.…When I do take-offs, I want…to do take-offs on everything…in the model,…instead of floor by floor.…But, some people like to go…floor by floor.…You can also select items in take-offs.…Just items that you have selected…and we'll look at that in…a little bit.…The first thing I want to do…is jump into my home-tab.…
