- [Instructor] Something that commonly happens when you're bringing in a model from an outside source into Navisworks is that that model that you're bringing in, will not have the same base point as some of the other models that you've brought in. If inside of their original authoring software, that model does not have the same base point as the other models that have been created, then when they're all brought into Navisworks, they'll come in with their original base point, which means that any one that has a wrong base point, the model will be in the wrong spot. As a result of that, inside of Navisworks, we'll then need to move that model to the correct location. To move a model, we first need to go to the Review tab. Next, we need to take a measurement.
