- [Instructor] The find items tool is one of the most powerful features in Navisworks. But it's also one of the least intuitive to actually use. We can find find items usually down here at the bottom of the screen where it says find items. I will point out that if for some reason find items is not available to you, all you need to do is go to view, load a workspace, and then do Navisworks extended. Or if you already like the way that your workspace is set up you can come in here to your windows, scroll down, and make sure that there's a check mark next to find items. In my case I'm just going to select here where it has find items. Then I'm going to pin it to keep it open for right now. Find items is actually a search capable function embedded into Navisworks.
