- Oftentimes we get data that's been translated in, and it may have a split or a trim of some sort, or we've done a split and you need to bring the surface back, or you've created a primary slab and that primary slab needs to get bigger. We have a couple of tools, one of them is called "Enlarge", that allows us to modify the size of a surface. It's not going to modify the shape, just the size. With the Enlarge tool, when I select my surface, you'll notice it does an untrim, takes everything back to its base shape, and now I have the ability to grab one of the handles and enlarge it. Right now, though, Resize Parameters is set to "all", so all of them are being resized the same percentage. If I turn that off, I have the ability now to resize one side or one edge at a time. I can still grab it and manipulate it as such. Typically we use Natural, we want to use the actual natural smoothness, the natural flow of the surface. On…
