Create all primary slabs

- At this point, we're going to go ahead and create our initial primary slabs. And for that, we're going to use a tool under the surpus, the more gallery called Fit Surface. We're going to use Fit Freeform and simply select the mesh that you want to drop the surface through and start adjusting the peramiterization for the degree and patches, we're going to use one by one patches for everything, and for the degree we're going to have to adjust these based off of the tolerance that we have here. You'll notice that I have a maximum error of .45mm. And, as I start adjusting these numbers, you can see that quickly it begins to tighten things up. So, in this case, I can get something down to less than a tenth of a mm away for a maximum error and with a degree of the three by two. And, we'll leave it just as that. We'll go through and create the rest of the primaries. Do the same thing, pick that front surface, and start adjusting some of these to see the best fit that I can get, with the simplest shape. And, as I go through, I have a nice color striata and you can see that everything fits nicely with the three by two here as well. Go to the bottom, and deviating a bit far, so, we'll increase this and this is one of those cases where we may have to change the V. I'm getting some twist and curvertry here which I don't want, maybe I have too much, we decrease this, and just like that, I'm below that quarter of a mm for the maximum error and a five by one. Looks good to me. Hit my apply, and now I'm just going to simply do the ends. Very tight. We reduce this, reduce this, reduce this. Again, I want to use the simplest surface that fully encapsulates that primary without deviating too far. So in this case, one by one is acceptable. This is a relatively flat surface, so do that, come to the back end, and do the same thing. Deviating quite a bit, so I'll increase increase, increase, and just like that, there we go. Two by two looks like it's going to be perfect for me. Everything looks good, select okay, and I have all of my initial primaries done.
