- [Instructor] Well once you've created your first project…as we did in the previous chapter,…it's now time to start gathering the information…that we want to organize and analyze.…Remember our scenario is the Landon Hotels.…We want to get a better feel for our customers…and we've sent out surveys.…Maybe we've turned them in different formats,…like Word documents, PDF files,…maybe online through Survey Monkey or even image files.…All of those can be imported into an NVivo project.…
That's what we're going to do in this movie.…As you can see, I have LH Customer Experience 0201…open up here at the top.…If you skip to this movie, you'll find that…in the chapter two folder of your exercise files.…Right now it's an empty project.…You can see down below, with Files selected here under Data…there are zero items.…There are also under Quick Access, Memos,…where you can import content or even create it on the fly,…kind of like information that's for you…and not nescessarily to be included…in the organizing and analyzing of data.…
